Washing clothes involves rubbing and tearing of the fibres in the garments, which eventually cause them to break, yet the average Briton will do approximately 13,000 loads of laundry in their lifetime.
Insight
People believe that taking care of their garments involves washing their clothes often to keep them clean but only 7% of an average laundry bag needs washing.
Solution
Create eco-friendly laundry kits for specific laundry personalities to educate and give the consumer more sustainable alternatives to washing.
